Call of Duty problems...Please Help!

Hi,
I had call of duty with the expansion pack a while ago but I had to install it to make space for other things.

I couldnt find my old discs so I went and bought the 'Deluxe Edition Box Set'.

I inserted disc one of the 1st COD game, and the box didnt pop up so I went into the disc drive (from my computer). I clicked setup, the black screen loaded with the white text in the top left corner. Then, after about 10 seconds this message poped up:

"Could not load the DDL library
D:\setup\rsrc\coddll.dll Error performing in page operations "

I tried hitting setup a few times and this happened every time. I also went to the rscs filder and there were 2 icons saying coddll.dll.

HELP! How can I get this installed and working?
