Hello, and thank you in advance for considering my problem.

Firstly... I've taken my problem to several other open tech support forums before finding this one, and I'll post those threads here.

and the TechSpot thread for my previous worm-encounter,

I've also taken the liberty of attaching conversations with tech supports from the two games I'm trying to access.

Please Help Me!

ok, im looking at your info. said you were infected by a worm recently. i would try to things:

run the winxp winsock fix: http://www.geekstogo...ction=show&id=7

go to http://housecall.trend.micro/ and run thier online virus scan.

also feel free to get hiJackThis and post a log here:

I realize I might be repeating some things, but current info is usefull do this and then I will get into the other issues.
