I installed a new hard drive in preparation to install WIN2000. After I partitioned the drive and formatted it, I am wondering if I did so incorrectly. It is now partioned as if I were installing WIN98SSE ( FAT 32) Do I need to change that and if so is that also done with FDISK. I don't recall seeing NTFS(?) on the FDISK list.

fdisk doesn't support NTFS, you'll need to boot from the 2K CD, and then partition and format in NTFS using it.
