hello thanks a heap for helping! I have regenerating spyware sending a constant barage of popups with trojan diallers. Worse the amount of this stuff is constantly growing where I now have problems with microsoft shutting down "incurred a problem" the program I am using. It is to the point that I have had three goes this morning to post this.
I bought counterspy a couple of months ago but it doesn't remove the files. The faults it reports are things like:

c:\program files\instant access\dialer\4922911418\img\00.bmp
HKEY_CURRENT USER\software\egdhtml
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\windows
HKEY_CURRENT USER\Software\Microsoft\system

Please help me, I swear that i will never look at [bleep] on the net again!

In regards to that log it doesn't look to bad.

You will have to disable your counterpsy in order for this fix to take.

Open hijack this, press scan only and place checks next to these.

Hi Chris

Think i missed something when i was writing up a fix for this.

Firstly you really need to remove morpheus, i suspect this is where some of your troubles came from. Those applications are a virus farm, you never know what you may get.

The thing that i missed was you have microsoft antispyware on this computer, we are going to have to disable it for the fix to work. You can disable it by going to the task bar at bottom in the corner where the icons are, there is a icon that looks like a orange target, right click on that and click shut down microsoft antispyware. Click yes or ok to accept. I'm pretty sure that counterspy will do the same thing, so you will have to shut that down as well. They will reactivate once you reboot.

Fire up hijack this, press scan only and place a check next to this.

Got rid of morpheus, is there no safe way to download music? I suppose file sharing is risky.. Hey the computer is feeling much better, no crashes yet!

Metallica, cant get the command to run with the /autolog on the end. Tried a few different configurations but no go. taking the autolog off the comand produces the following report, which I presume is the same as yesterdays. I am having trouble sending this email, the computer has shut the progrsm down four time!
