Im having some problems with windows 98. When I turn on my computer it boots to the wallpaper stage, then flicks to a blue screen. I cannot access any icons or the start menu.

I have a permanent error message that wont go away, it reads "Explorer caused an invalid page fault in module OLE32.DLL at 0167:7ff21a32"

If anyone knows how to get rid of the message it would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers

If necessary (the problem is not due to malware) we will continue here.
