C:/WINDOWS/System32/o6wu29rd.exe
C:/WINDOWS/System32/dp807615.exe
C:/System Vloume Information/_restore{C4AAC8EA-D4C2-41C12-A1319-DCFDB5B879A7}/RP68/A001165O.dll

Hi Lorelei, welcome to Geeks to Go! <_<

Please run a free online virus scan here (tick the "Auto Clean" checkbox):
http://housecall.antivirus.com/

Next, let us take a closer look at what is running on your PC. We'll need you to use a free diagnostic tool (HiJackThis) and post a log back here with the results.

Click the HijackThis Guide in my signature, download it and follow the instructions in the guide.

Most of what it lists will be harmless or even essential, DO NOT delete or modify anything yet! Someone will be along to tell you what steps to take after you post the contents of the scan results.

Your computer has a number of spyware programs that we need to remove. For more info on spyware see the Spyware FAQ link in my signature.

Let's start with a couple free programs.

Ad-aware. Open Ad-Aware and use the Check for updates now link. Download and accept the latest reference file. When finished click the Start button. When done scanning, the Abort button will change to Next. Click the Next button. Right-click in the Scanning Results window and click "Select all objects". Then click the "Next" button and confirm that you want to delete the selected entries.

Spybot Search & Destroy Download and install. Start Spybot S&D using the "Spybot-S&D (easy mode)" link from your Start menu . Click the Search for updates button, if any are found then click the Download Updates button. After all updates are downloaded, click the Check for problems button. When the scan is complete, place a check next to anything marked in red, then click the Fix selected problems button. You may need to run Spybot S&D multiple times to remove all infections.

When finished, Reboot your computer. Finally, reply to this post with a new HiJackThis log so we can look for any nasties that may have been missed. <_<

Firewalls are always good, particularly if you have DSL, broadband. There's a free one from zone alarm that I use. That won't help you from getting infected from viruses, malware or adware.

Finish running Spybot and post a fresh log. <_<

Please reboot into safe mode - How do I boot into "Safe" mode?.
Be sure you're able to view hidden files, and remove the following files:

C:\WINDOWS\Vltjsqrc.dll
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Real\Update_OB\realsched.exe
C:\Program Files\CashBack\
C:\Program Files\NaviSearch\
c:\program files\180solutions\
C:\Program Files\VVSN\

Next, please go offline, close all browsers and any open Windows, making sure that only HijackThis is open. Scan and when it finishes, put an X in the boxes, only next to these following items, then click fix checked.

Hey. i did as you said (with a little help from a friend). well first of all my computer wouldnt accept my password in safe mode, so i went in through my boyfriends account and got to my files that way. i couldn't find:

c:\program files\180solutions\
C:\Program Files\VVSN\

i deleted all the ones you said too, and i had to delete the '09' ones twice and by the looks of it they're still on there. in my boyfriends account thing there was no 'R3'. but there was in mine. only i can't access mine in safe mode, thus i cannot remove it. any ideas. this is my new log:

Here's how to remove those O9 entries: Open notepad, and copy and paste the contents of the quote box below into a new text file.

Save it as file name: "fixme.reg" (not including the quotes). Save as file type: *All files* and save it on your Desktop.

REGEDIT4

[-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Extensions\{FB74C951-ACA1-4e33-A94C-A9261EB2CCB7}]

Then, locate fixme.reg on your desktop and double-click it.
You will receive a prompt similar to: "Do you wish to merge the information into the registry?".
Answer 'Yes' and wait for a message to appear similar to "Merged Successfully".

You can delete fixme.reg when finished. Reboot and post a fresh log.

Just a little cleaning up. Fix this entry with Hijack This:
R3 - URLSearchHook: (no name) - {AB406789-7055-4583-3478-5B0C419F6298} - C:\WINDOWS\Vltjsqrc.dll (file missing)

Congratulations! Your system is CLEAN <_<

How do you prevent spyware from being installed again? We strongly recommend installing SpywareBlaster (it's free for personal use) Click Here.

Prevent the installation of ActiveX-based spyware, adware, browser hijackers, dialers, and other potentially unwanted pests.
Block spyware/tracking cookies in Internet Explorer and Mozilla/Firefox.
Restrict the actions of potentially dangerous sites in Internet Explorer.
Consumes no system resources.

Download, run, check for updates, download updates, select all, protect against checked. All done. Check for updates every couple of weeks. If you have any errors running the program like a missing file see the link at the bottom of the javacool page.

It's also very important to keep your system up to date to avoid unnecessary security risks. Click Here to make sure that you have the latest patches for Windows.

These next two steps are optional, but will provide the greatest protection.
1. Use ANY browser besides Internet Explorer, almost every exploit is crafted to take advantage of an IE weakness. We usually recommend FireFox Posted Image.
2. Install Sun's Java. It's much more secure than Microsoft's Java Virtual Machine .

It's okay to delete the Hijack This folder if everything is working okay.

After doing all these, your system will be thoroughly protected from future threats. :D
