hey guys

basicly, knew i had a virus or something from somewhere because my background changed to a clue screen with text in middle saying something about system malfunction, please run a anti virus and adware programs.. run adware ect found nothing, so i thought what the heck, still works

then today when i turn my pc on, as soon as i logon hit enter, a error comes up about explorer.exe, a error about (0xc0000005) and when my pc starts up, nothing comes up, just a bluescreen with something saying system cant run because of Trojan-spy.html.smitfraud.c , i can use ctrl alt del on that screen no running proccesses or anything, i cant do anything but start my pc in safe mode, im using winxp sp2

hope you can help, thx, say other post on this tryed to find the stuff and delite and couldnt find it nor could i use start/run/ and end workstation netlogin service because there isnt one

followed instructions, but when i boot in normal mode, i still get the error "explorer.exe - application error"
failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005), click ok to terminate" or something like that..
the instructions i followed got rid of the background which said you had a virus ect but explorer.exe still got a error, is it because i use mozilla and is my default internet explorer? just blank blue screen normal boot rather than error blue screen and explorer.exe has error and has to close while its loading to normal screen..

any help welcome, thx :tazz:
