Whenever my computer turns on it starts making a buzzing sound and it says error to run windows and then it shuts down automaticly.

Need a little clarification here.. You profile says you are running XP yet you posed your question in the 95, 98 and ME forum..

Also, we need the ENTIRE EXACT error message please!!

hmm :tazz: Have you checked the VGA card , is it fixed welll........
Other things that might have happened

1==> Check ur motherboard cell , is it weak if weak plz replace it.

2==> Check for bios settings.......giv them a default value

3==> Third one could be the safemode with command prompt....

if you opened the case recently you may want to make sure you dont have any wires pushing on the processor fan
