Our 2003 Server coninually reboots.

Here is the message:
The system process 'C:\WINDOWS\system32\lsass.exe' terminated unexpectedly with status code -1073740972. The system will now shut down and restart.

It seems like the sasser worm, but I have checked all of that and it comes back as nothing.

What else could be causing this?????

Hey Tim,

I experienced the same thing and i also monitored lsass over a period of
time and it didn't increase as i would have expected. Nonetheless, the
hotfix for 829993 fixed it (so far).

you have the sasser virus on your PC! you can go to norton AV website and download the removal tool, and then apply the fix!
