"Find these files and folders and delete them in safe mode.

D:\PROGRAM FILES\KAZAA\<<entire folder
D:\DOCUMENTS AND SETTINGS\ALL USERS\FAVORITES\AdultGambling.url
D:\WINDOWS\smdat32a.sys
D:\PROGRAM FILES\Need2Find<<entire folder
D:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AdCache<<contents in folder
D:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\P2P Networking<<entire folder
D:\WINDOWS\system32\hybsys32.dll

Download Silent Runners
Unzip it to a permanent folder.
Start SilentRunners.vbs
When your antivirus is giving an alert, do not block this. Allow the script.
Copy and paste the content of the txtfile you get afterwards in your next reply.

Click HERE to download ServiceFilter, a little script by rand1038 that reveals potential unauthorised running services in your system. Download, unzip and double-click ServiceFilter.vbs (you may need to enable your antivirus program to run the file). This script will create a text file named Post_This.txt in the same folder as the script itself has been saved - copy and paste the contents of Post_This.txt in your next reply here.

Download rkfiles.zip and unzip it to its own permanent folder.

Important! Reboot in SAFE MODE !!

Start in Safe Mode Using the F8 method:

* Restart the computer in Safe Mode.
* As soon as the BIOS is loaded begin tapping the F8 key until the Advanced Options menu appears.
* Use the arrow keys to select the Safe Mode menu item.
* Press the Enter key.

Locate the rkfiles.bat file and double-click it to run it. It will start scanning your computer and could take a little while so be patient. When the DOS window closes, reboot back to normal mode.

Post the contents of C:\log.txt back here and I will review it when it comes in.
