Hello, I am currently trying to help my friend's mother out... she is having a problem logging into her banks account.. anyway I have looked at the issue, and I believe that the problem is that the computer as a whole is unable to access the links that are at "https://". I am also unable to download the updates for SpyBot - Search & Destroy ... I don't know if this is part of the same issue or not.

OS = Windows ME
Computer = HP Pavilion

Please let me know if there is anything that you can think of to help them out.
Thanks ahead of time!

[EDIT1]
I just had a thought that maybe this topic should go into the Internet&Browser forums.. if so.. I am sorry, and please let me know. I do not wish to double post the issue unless told to. Thank you!
