I REALLY need help i posted once but i didnt know anyone responded cause i couldnt get to my email but if someone will help me i would really appriciate it. The main problem is i can't set my own homepage and i cant get to my email or go to yahoo so if some one could help that would be awsome


I really need help my computer will not let me go to yahoo or other search engines and web sites if any one can help me it would be greatly appreciated

Hi Rusty,

You have a couple of infections on your PC. We can definitely help you, but first you need to help us. The first step in this process is to apply Service Pack 1a for Windows XP, or Service Pack 4 if you are running Win2k. Without this update, you're wide open to re-infection, and we're both just wasting our time.

Apply the update, reboot, and post a fresh Hijack This log.
