1) Unstall all MSN and MSN messenger software in add & remove programs in control panel.
2) Put in verizon cd
3) When setup comes up click exit
4) Click start,settings,controlpanel,windows explore
5) Click on plus sign next to mycomputer
6) Click on plus sign next to verizon cd
7) Click on plus sign next to bin
8) Click on plus sign next to apps
9) Click on plus sign next to MSN 8 folder
10) Click on the msn folder
11) In the folder area on right find the msnsetup double click on it
12) Msn should start to install
