My MS Outlook won't connect to the internet. I'm on a LAN, it's no problem with my normal stuff, MSN etc. I have a start-up error and I do not know if this is contributary. On starting I get two, "failure to initialize" messages; svc8021x.exe (0xc0000142) and mgr8021x.exe (0xc0000142)? Everything else appears normal so I have no idea why my Outlook will not connect to the MS Server, the handshake goes out but is not received? Any ideas?
