Ghost com ports

I'm trying to get rid of ghost com ports so my Bluetooth will work. Running devmgmt.msc with the adjusted settings gives the option to view hidden devices but when activated does not show the hidden com ports which I know exist. Any ideas?

Try removing the ports in safe mode
