Changing Computer Battery

My computer battery is apparently dead since my date and time do not work. I have an older computer running windows 98SE. How can I change, or check the battery?

It's about the size of a nickel, but there are differnet ones. They are very easy to change and you can get them at Radio Shack or any computer store.
