I would like to advise you to uninstall
ViewPoint manager
under Add/Remove Software

Download: DelDomains.inf
Should the link above display the text instead of downloading the file, then copy & paste the text into notepad and save the file as DellDomains.inf
To use: right-click and select: Install (no need to restart)
Note: This will remove all entries in the "Trusted Zone" and "Ranges" also.

Check the following items in HijackThis.
Close all windows except HijackThis and click Fix checked:

F2 - REG:system.ini: Shell=Explorer.exe C:\WINDOWS\Nail.exe

O2 - BHO: Band Class - {01F44A8A-8C97-4325-A378-76E68DC4AB2E} - C:\WINDOWS\systb.dll

O3 - Toolbar: (no name) - {2CDE1A7D-A478-4291-BF31-E1B4C16F92EB} - (no file)

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [ViewMgr] C:\Program Files\Viewpoint\Viewpoint Manager\ViewMgr.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [seeve] C:\WINDOWS\seeve.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [ruhgpvor] C:\WINDOWS\system32\ruhgpvor.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Nsv] C:\WINDOWS\system32\nsvsvc\nsvsvc.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [vidctrl] C:\WINDOWS\system32\vidctrl\vidctrl.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [mjqafr] c:\windows\system32\rmtcru.exe r
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Win Server Updt] C:\WINDOWS\wupdt.exe

O16 - DPF: {205FF73B-CA67-11D5-99DD-444553540013} (CInstall Class) - http://adserver.shar...ver/Install.cab

O16 - DPF: {56336BCB-3D8A-11D6-A00B-0050DA18DE71} (RdxIE Class) - http://software-dl.r...ip/RdxIE601.cab

O23 - Service: System Startup Service (SvcProc) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\svcproc.exe

Reboot into safe mode and delete:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\nsvsvc <= entire folder
C:\WINDOWS\system32\vidctrl <= entire folder
C:\WINDOWS\wupdt.exe
C:\WINDOWS\seeve.exe

Click Start > Run type services.msc > OK
In the list of services find:
System Startup Service (SvcProc)
Rightclick that line and choose Properties.
On the General tab Stop and set the service to disabled.
In HijackThis click Config > Misc Tools > Delete an NT service
In the dialog box paste: SvcProc

Boot back to normal and post anew HijackThis log. There will be more to do.

What happens when you click:
DelDomains.inf

It will either initiate a download, in which case you can save the file to a location where you can find it again.
Find it, rightclick it and from the menu choose Install.

It could also display the content of the file as text, in which case you should copy the text into notepad and save the file as DelDomains.inf
Use it as described before.

Hope you had a nice vacation. :tazz:

Download Process Explorer from http://www.sysintern...ssExplorer.html

Run Process Explorer and find this Process in the list of Processes:
c:\windows\system32\zwxjhs.exe
Select the process and click Process > Suspend.

Then in HijackThis click Config > Misc Tools > Delete a file on reboot...
In the explorer Window select the file c:\windows\system32\zwxjhs.exe
When prompted if you want to reboot click YES
Leave Process explorer running with the process suspended.

After the reboot check the following items in HijackThis.
Close all windows except HijackThis and click Fix checked:

R3 - URLSearchHook: (no name) - _{CFBFAE00-17A6-11D0-99CB-00C04FD64497} - (no file)

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [ViewMgr] C:\Program Files\Viewpoint\Viewpoint Manager\ViewMgr.exe

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [NaviSearch] C:\Program Files\NaviSearch\bin\nls.exe

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [enfmws] c:\windows\system32\zwxjhs.exe r

O9 - Extra button: Ebates - {6685509E-B47B-4f47-8E16-9A5F3A62F683} - file://C:\Program Files\Ebates_MoeMoneyMaker\Sy350\Tp350\scri350a.htm (file missing) (HKCU)

Reboot and delete:
C:\Program Files\NaviSearch <= entire folder

Note: if you can not find c:\windows\system32\zwxjhs.exe it will have changed it's name.
It does so everytime you reboot. So, post a new log and leave your computer on untill I respond.
