Major Lag when i fill out a form.

This is hard to explain, but whenever i fill out a form, and i have to submit something, i get ALOT of lag!!!

You know those boxes that you have to fill out like zip code, bday, name, address.

Well when im done with the first 1, when i click on the 2nd box, it doesnt like me type untill like 2 minutes later. It freezes up on me. and saem thing when i press submit, i clcik it but the button, doesnt press down,untill 5 minutes later. It gets very frusterating. any help would be extremely appreciated!!!

Is this only on secure sites (i.e. https:\\) or all sites (i.e. http:\\)?
