For a while now I've been having problems logging off, it just take a very long time then eventualy says that "CCAPP" isn't responding. Any ideas on fixing this problem, I have a media centre PC.

CCAPP is Norton. DO NOT MESS WITH NORTON. Don't try to uninstall-reinstall, it won't help. Norton is best installed on a clean PC, fresh after the install. I have to pick up my kids, I will post two possible solutions when I get home.

Sorry, Sir Goat, didn't mean to seem like I forgot you, but the Symantec link above said everything I was going to say and a little more. When you ran Live Update, were you prompted to shut down and restart your computer?
