IMPORTANT: A new Known Issue has been discovered where if you exit the service using the 'Exit AIM' File menu item, subsequent login attempts hang. Rebooting your machine will fix this issue. We recommend using the 'Sign Off Instant Messenger' File menu item to sign off the service.
