MP3's on my computer don't play in IE.

Ok, this site, for instance http://linksnewbike.ytmnd.com/ will not play the mp3 correctly. The sound it gives for this one is a high pitched clicking noise. The other type of distortian I get with mp3's is the song itself playing but it is very weird sounding.
