Help with External harddisk

Hi guys, i recently bought this new 250GB external harddisk. Iam not sure if i should use NTFS or FAT32 file system on it. My operatin system is Windows XP with NTFS file system on both drives. Please help me out with this.

I use NTFS on mine. Do you have some compelling reason to use FAT32?

I dont. But the formatting utility that came with the HDD formatted it into FAT32. Should i keep it or format it to NTFS????????
