Does Windows 98 log error messages that you receive? I have received many blue screen errors that didn't get written down to "diagnose" and was wondering if I have to wait to get them again or if there was a log file somewhere.

I found a link to download a program called PC Bug Doctor. Does anyone know if this program is a good one? I need something to figure out what is wrong with my puter but I can't afford to buy anything and this offered a free trial.
