I want to know how to track a topic in the malware foram because I can not always find a topic I am interested in again. I an not alowed to post reply (evan blank ones) into a topic so I get a e-mail when more is added to it. how can I do this?

Look along the top of your message. Look at the title of the message, for example:

"Replying to how do you do it easly">>>>go all the way across and you should be able to check "track topic."

I don't even do that.
If I write an answer to an topic, forums automatically subscripes me and I'll receive email- notifications.. Quite annoying really ;)

Yes but if you go to subscriptions in your control panel, then click on topics, you can then select the topic(s) you don't want notifications from and unsuscribe by scrolling down and clicking on the unsubscribe selected button
