UPDATE:: I've found out that:
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [intel32.exe] C:\WINDOWS\system32\intel32.exe
Is causing the annoying red circle with an exclamation mark inside which tells you that your computer is infected~
There have been that same file on other forums, and deleting it has removed the
pop-up maker

New: The pop-up maker is gone, and there are no symptoms left in my pc, everything works fine.

But could you still take a look at the HTJ log (updated after removing intel32.exe)
