Hi GatotrGirl and Welcome to GeekstoGo!

I am going to need you to download a few programs to help us out!

Please Download F-Secure Blacklight:
http://www.f-secure....light/try.shtml

Once at the page,Click "I Accept" and "Download"

Double Click blbeta.exe to Start it,then Click "I accept the agreement" and click "Next" then Click "Scan"

If all went well, look back in the folder that blbeta.exe resides in,there you should see "fsbl.log"

Please Save the Log it produces,so we can see what was renamed if it located anything!

Download Pocket KillBox from here:
http://www.bleepingc...les/killbox.php
There is a Direct Download and a description of what the Program does inside this link.

Download Ewido Security Suite, install then from within the program check for updates BUT dont scan yet
Ewido Security Suite:
http://www.ewido.net/en/download/

When installing, under "Additional Options" uncheck "Install background guard" and "Install scan via context menu". When you run ewido for the first time, you will get a warning "Database could not be found!". Click OK.
We will fix this in a moment.

From the main Ewido screen, Click on Update in the left menu, then click the Start Update button.

After the Update finishes (the status bar at the bottom will display "Update successful"), Now close the program.

If you have problems updating see here
http://www.ewido.net...wnload/updates/

Download LQfix.zip:
http://users.pandora...atchy/LQfix.zip
Unzip it and save it to your desktop, don't use it yet!!

Download and Install CleanUp! 4.0
http://downloads.ste...p/CleanUp40.exe

Download "The Hoster" from here
http://www.funkytoad...load/hoster.zip

Copy the list of files to NotePad

C:\WINDOWS\cfgmgr52.dll
C:\WINDOWS\System32\rjunku.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\elspact.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\PSof1.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\exp.exe
C:\windows\system32\elitexkt32.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\drpnecat.exe

Once Copied to NotePad>> Highlight the list and press Ctrl+C at the same time to Copy!

Open Pocket Killbox and Click File and Paste From Clipboard!

The first file should now be listed in Killbox>> Click the Down Arrow and the rest of the list should appear.

If not, enter each entry individually and follow these Instructions

Once entries are pasted into Killbox, select any of these options available

"End Explorer Shell while Killing File"
"Unregister .dll before Deleting"
"Delete on Reboot"

Click the Red Circle with the White X in the Middle to Delete!

Until you get to the last entry Click "Yes" to Confirm>> Click "No" to Reboot

At the last entry Click "Yes" to Confirm>> Click "Yes" to Reboot

If you get a PendingFileRenameOperations Registry Data has been Removed by External Process! message then just restart manually.

Reboot into SAFE MODE(Tap F8 when restarting)
Here is a link on how to boot into Safe Mode:
http://service1.syma...src=sec_doc_nam

After restarting in Safe Mode,Configure Windows to Show All Hidden Files and Folders, this must be done after restarting in Safe Mode!!

Here is a link to help with that
http://www.bleepingc...showtutorial=62

Be sure to follow the directions that apply to your Operating System!

From the LQFix folder Doubleclick LQfix.bat that you saved on your desktop before.

A doswindow will open and close again, this is normal.

Open Hoster and Press "Restore Original Hosts" then press "OK".

Exit Program.

Run CleanUp!

Click "Cleanup" and it will Scan and Remove all available Temp files>Click "Close">Click "No" to Logoff!

Scan with Ewido>when prompted>Select to clean and place a check by the box to use this action for all infections!

Once it completes,Click the tab to Save the report and Save it to your Desktop for easy access!

Open HijackThis and put a check by these but DO NOT hit the Fix Checked button yet!

Now Make sure ALL WINDOWS and BROWSERS are CLOSED and hit the Fix Checked Button!

Please Verify that all files were deleted on reboot by manually searching the system for each entry.

If any are located, please delete manually!

Run MSCONFIG and enable everything in the startup area. To get to MSCONFIG, click on Start -> Run -> type in MSCONFIG -> click OK!

Under the "General" Tab
Make Sure Normal Startup is Checked!!

Click Apply>>Close>>Follow the Prompts to Restart!!

Restart Normal and have the PC Scanned here
Panda Active Scan

You will need to be using Internet Explorer for the Scan to work!

Save the Report it generates!

We are going to have to find out where the Qoologic files are loading from first so lets do that

Please download FindQoologic from here:
http://forums.net-in...=post&id=134981
Save it to the desktop and run Find-Qoologic2.bat.

This will generate a log file

Please post the entire contents of the log file here for me to see along with a fresh HijackThis log!

I am attaching a Zip folder to this post>> Download and Right Click the Zip folder and Select "Extract All"

Double Click on "Track qoo.vbs"

If you Antivirus has Script Blocking, you will get a Pop Up Windows asking you what to do

Allow this Entire Script to Run,its harmless!

Wait a few seconds and a notepad page will pop up,Copy&Paste those results in the next post!

Now we need to see a Startup log from HijackThis

Hijackthis StartUp Log:
Open HijackThis,Select Config(Bottom Right)>>>Select Misc Tools>>> Select Generate StartUpList log and make sure that both Boxes beside it are checked:

Put a check by:
List all minor sections(Full)
and
List Empty Sections(Complete)

It will produce a NotePad Page,I need you to post the entire contents of that page to the next post!

Post all 3 logs once completed please!
