I used to have a volume control icon in my taskbar, but recently for some reason unknown to me (family perhaps?) the icon is gone.

When I go into control panel->Sounds->Sounds and Audio Devices
And click "Place volume icon in the taskbar"

It gives me an error saying I haven't installed it (Which leads me to think it accidently got deleted somehow...) and to reinstall it with the add/remove programs thing in control panel.

I tried to do this, but I must be doing it wrong because It still won't work.

Help?
