I get this zonealarm security alert almost 5 days a week and I don't know what it means and if it is bad.

it says....

The firewall has blocked internet access to your computer[NetBIOS Session] from 192.168.1.104 [TCP Port 2558] [TCP Flags: S].

Does anyone know what exactly this is and is it harmful to my computer. Thanks.

Thought so.. That IP address is reserved for LAN's so, a system on your LAN is attempting to communicate with your system!!

All you have to do is check the TCP/IP addresses of all the systems to find out which one!!
