how do I re-hide system files and folders? [RESOLVED]

I was able to get my system clean of spy sheriff and other malware. I followed the end steps. But I dont know how to "re-hide the system files and folders". Can someone please help. Thanks!

Click on start then control panel then double click folder options

then click on view

then tick do not show hidden files and click on apply then ok
