tcp/ip problem

why does my tcp/ip becomes corrupt or files are missing this happends almost every other month i would like to know why does this happend.

trojan's and malware can effect the operation of your TCP/IP stack. you need to scan your system and make sure its malware free. Install a firewall if you don't have one and make sure you are running an up-to-date antivirus software.
