Whenever i boot up my computer it always hangs on the welcome screen and nothing comes up! after a few seconds the PC displays the wallpaper but not the start button etc ...

To start the PC i have to press CTRL + ALT + DEL and go to processes, explorer.exe and terminate process. THan i have to go make a new task and type in explorer. THwen the pc works. It's really bugging me, any help?

I used Registry Mechanic Registered Version to see if there is any trouble and removed spyware from the PC to ensure that nothing bad was there

i don't know what else i could do! :tazz:
