My computer is randomly shutting down, I'm not sure why as nothing has changed on my computer to cause such an annoying issue.. I've already cleaned the fans using trusty Q-Tips and of course I've made sure that nothing was blocking their movement. The only adjustment that has been made to my computer since purchasing it has been the addition of a stick of RAM, but that was back in December '04 so I'd think that something would have taken place before this if that were the case. It doesn't react to being bumped, so i don't believe that a loose wire is the culprit. The power button is not sticky and my graphic's card is onboard and untouched. I've noticed that people need a "CPU-Z" log, so i've included it below.

True, as warriorscot and comanighttrain have said, heat can be the cause of random reboots. However, your Power Supply may also be the cause. If your components, as you said have upgraded RAM and a video card, may be too much for your current power supply, thus causing it to shut down. Do you know what the peak power or average power of your PSU is? I just think that if you cleaned your computer than the heatsink is not the cause. Heat problems causing reboots are mostly likely linked to overclocking, which I assume you are not doing. See what the wattage of your power supply is if you can and please post it back.

Hey, thanks, my PS is the original IBM powersupply (Total Power: 185Watts), my graphics card is not modified, but I have added 256mbs of ram, many months prior to this issue

I think that is it then. 185 watts is not very much, and even the worst graphics card requires at least 200 peak. And since you have added some sticks of Ram, that ups the antee.

Hey, just to be certain on this though, I've had the ram for 6 months and there is nothing in my AGP slot on the motherboard nor PCI's besides my 56k modem. The graphics controller is as follows..

Well i have the same size of PSU on my clunker and it runs 512meg of ram and a fx5200 no bother so it may not be that you are out of power, any problems would be more noticable if it was insufficient.
I would try another psu to eliminate it from your problem though so you could try borrowing one of a friend.
Take the thing apart and give it a really good clean though and take of the hsf and clean it and reapply thermal material, videos on how to do this are on the AMD website( i know you have intel but the hsf removal bit is universal and if you havent done it before its nice to se it being done). Clean everything up and remove the fans for a good cleaning check they are all working properly. A nice quick way to get dust from stubborn places is a hoover your supposed to use compressed air but just use the nozzle and it does the job and gets that dust from all the bits you cant reach.
