Need Overclock Advice

My system specs are listed in the picture below. What is a safe value that I can raise my FSB in the BIOS to? I can raise it in 1MHz increments all the way up to 300MHz.

BTW, my video card in the specs got cut off. Here are the specs of that.

Video Adapter: ATI Radeon 9800 Pro 128MB
GPU Code Name: R350 (AGP 8X 1002 / 4E48, Rev 00)
GPU Clock: 378 MHz (original: 378 MHz)
Memory Clock: 338 MHz (original: 338 MHz)

I also listed the options I have under the memory menu in my BIOS if it helps.

Well that depends upon your cpu what cooling you are using the quality of the build on the compnenents and how much you want to push it.

But if you have to ask other people you need to go and do some more research on overclocking other people cant tell you and they cant do it for you.
