You will have to see if you can find other "machine" in your network that is using the same network address or see if you can give your Computer a fixed address that is not in use by any of the others.

hmm? how do i change my address?

I still kind of think it might a virus of some sort. Were you able to find any posts about "HiddenFaxWindow" i get that frozen on ENDTASK everytime i crash and try to shut down.
