HERE is a very reliable, up-to-date article on which applications are "clean" (Malware free), vs. the ones that are bundled with Spyware.

*Edited by an Administrator. GeeksToGo does NOT support illegal file sharing. We also do NOT allow discussions of how to avoid being caught doing so. This topic is being closed now. *

i don't use file sharing because none are virus free. I have used them all and lost a harddrive through every one.

with any p2p application all you can do is install the one you think is best for you. Kat's link will guide you to the spyware free ones. Keep in mind that you never know if what you download is
1)what is is represented to be
2)worth your time
3)is it legal to download whatever you are looking at
4) virus free/adware/spyware free.

We at GTG can not and do not condone illegeal activity for moral, ethical, and legal reasons. And just plain common sense. In fact that goes a long way when downloading anything.
