I installed Windows XP Pro over Windows 98 without any problems. Then i turned it on and get nothing on the monitor. The power is working fine and when i unplug the lead from my pc, the screen comes up with 'no signal'. When i plug it back in again, it's just blank.

What have i done wrong? :tazz:

Do you get the POST screen when you switch on ? (black background with white text)
If not try reseating your video card.
Can you get into the BIOS ? (press Del key after switching the computer on) If so check that VGA graphics is enabled and/or onboard graphics is disabled.
If you still have no display try another moniter, perhaps you could borrow one.
