The spyware just keeps coming back and is really annoying!

thanks for any help which can be given, I have been pointed to this site as I have tried everything including that stated in the guide and from others, great site too by the way :tazz:

Please help as the situation is getting worse, I had roughly 50 today, is this thread applicable to what I should do?

Hello, and welcome to GeeksToGo. My name is Kat, and I will be helping you. You need to either print these instructions or save them to a Notepad file on your desktop. Part of the fix will require you to be in Safe Mode, and you will be unable to access the internet at that time. You have quite a large collection of Malware. Please take your time, and follow these instructions completely. I promise, it won't be as hard as it may seem on first glance!

1. First, I need you to download a couple of small, free programs:

Please download the trial version of Ewido Security Suite here:
http://www.ewido.net/en/download/
Please read Ewido Setup Instructions
Install it, and update the definitions to the newest files. Do NOT run a scan yet.
Please download Nailfix from here:
Nailfix.zip
If this link is not working, please download it from here.
NailFix.exe
Unzip or save it to the desktop but please do NOT run it yet.
Download CWShredder Here.
Update CWShredder
Open CWShredder and click I AGREE
Click Check For Update
Close CWShredder
Download CleanUp
Install the program, dont run it yet, we will later.

2. Be sure you're able to view hidden files

3. Next, please reboot your computer in SafeMode by doing the following:
Restart your computer
After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, press F8.
Instead of Windows loading as normal, a menu should appear
Select the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode.
For additional help in booting into Safe Mode, see the following site:
SafeMode Help

4. Once in SafeMode, please double-click on Nailfix.cmd.
Your desktop and icons will disappear and reappear, and a window should open and close very quickly --- this is normal.

5. Now run CWShredder. Click I Agree, then Fix and then Next, let it fix everything it asks about

6. Please re-open HiJackThis and scan. Check the boxes next to all the entries listed below.

Now close all windows other than HiJackThis, then click Fix Checked. Reboot into safe mode.

Restart your computer and as soon as it starts booting up again continuously tap F8. A menu should come up where you will be given the option to enter Safe Mode.

Please remove these entries from Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel(if present):

MyWay
SearchMiracle
EliteToolBar
MediaAccess
KillThePopups

Please note any other programs that you dont recognize in that list in your next response

Please delete these folders using Windows Explorer(if present):

C:\Program Files\MyWay
C:\Program Files\SearchMiracle
C:\Program Files\EliteToolBar
C:\Program Files\MediaAccess
C:\Program Files\KillThePopups

Please delete these files using Windows Explorer(if present):

C:\WINDOWS\cfgmgr52.dll
C:\WINDOWS\system32\urmnrn.exe
C:\WINDOWS\System32\richup.exe
c:\windows\system32\lrvrizt.exe

*Do a search for the following files via Start>Search (make sure you tick the boxes to check hidden folders, system folders, etc) and delete all instance of the following:

forpx11n.exe
AUNPS2.DLL,_Run@16
fsuencen.exe

7. Then please run Ewido, and run a full scan. Save the scan log file from the scan.

8. Open CleanUp!
Start CleanUp
When CleanUp starts go to the Options button (right side of CleanUp screen)
Uncheck cookies
Note: This is optional, if you leave the box checked it will remove all of your cookies, at this point removing cookies is a good idea.
Click OK
Then click on the CleanUp button. This will take a short while, let it do its thing.
When asked to reboot system select No
Close CleanUp

9. Make a reply in this thread after all above steps are done. I need a copy of the log from Ewido, as well as a fresh HijackThis log. Don't worry if some of the above HJT lines aren't visible when you are working on that step, or if some of the files/folders are missing. Just remove what you find, and post me any troubles in your next reply!
