How long does it usually take for someone to recover some if any memory from a hard drives if the computers hard drive has completely failed?

How much information is usually still able to be recovered after the hard drive has failed and will no longer boot?

It's not so much time as money. It can cost thousands of dollars! <_<

They can usually recover pretty much everything.
