Well, heres the story. My friends computer had tons of virus's on it. So he asked me to reformat it. Which I did. Then when it got back up and running, after i was updating the drivers, he wouldn't get an internet connection. He has a d-link ethernet card. It won't work properly. I tried to bridge the connection, and it hasn't worked. Under his network connections, it has 3. 1394 Connection Wireless Network Connection 3 and Network Bridge. The Wireless Network Connection 3 is unavailable though. I've tried both plugging in the ethernet and leaving it unplugged. I'm not sure where to go from here. I'm tempted to go buy him a new ethernet card, but he needs the D-Link. Any help?
