[B] im having problems with my burner it doesn't read no cd and doesn't want to burn at the begining it did and the burner is new, also when i put the regular cdrom it reads the cds. what can i do to solve this? thank you[SIZE=7]

does it give you errors or just not read? Also what os are you running? what burning software? things to check off the top of my head.... make sure all the cables are connected securely and correctly. possibly try a cd cleaner.... note I have seen this finish off a drive but if it's unusable as is maybe worth a try.

roxio 7 its an internal drive, the burner is new should i still clean it?
