Help please...PS Guard infection [CLOSED]

Hi,


I have been unfortunate to have been infected by the PS Guard virus. I have followed the various steps shown on this forum to get rid of it apart from Clean Up which is no longer at the specified link and the Panda scan found 3 infections but Internet Explorer came up with an error which stopped it completing.

Here is the Hijack this log file. I would really appreciate any help. My desktop still has the blue screen and warning box and I also have the red icon in the bottom right with the exclamation mark on it.
