hi.. i have a lyra 1072 mp3 player. it works fine and everything, but the thing i'm having problems with is that none of the buttons do not work on it. it will still play and everything but i am not able to turn the volume down, change songs, etc. stuff like that. other than that it works properly, but it just started doing this a month ago, and i'd really like to use it seeing as it is the summer months. it's never been neglected or misused or anything like that so i don't understand why it started doing this. please HELP ME!!!

Used to do support for those damnable things...
Usually ended up sending in for replacement, as I recall, there was a problem with the contacts going bad. If you've had it under a year, call their support line and get an RMA # to send it to Soccorro, TX (if you're in the States, if in Canada, is another addy).

If you've had it over a year, best bet is to buy a new player.
