Also- if usetobe will help you...you need to help him! The first step in this process is to apply Service Pack 1a for Windows XP. Without this update, you're wide open to re-infection, and we're both just wasting our time.

thanks for the help guys. my norton anti-virus still dosen't work, I can't scan my computer because my norton just shows a white screen, I get pop ups when I open my msn also.
