reformat computer

i have a burn copy of windows xp pro and i want to reformat my computer, when i try to format in cmd it says process is in use cannot lock c: if i go thru bios what dio i do

Absolutely nothing.. Because you are using a pirated version of XP, your support ends here..

Buy a legal copy and your install will be much easier!!
