I have a bunch of icons already in icon format that I want to apply to Windows XP without going in manually and editting every folder and icon there is.

What program can I use to do so?

Better yet, does anybody know how to make Xp look exactly like 2000? Icons and all...

Go to the Control Panel, and click on the 'Display' icon. Click on the 'Themes" tab. Inside that tab, choose Windows Classic as your theme. I hope this helps.
