Task Manager Will Not Open

I can't open task manager. I've run scans with many programs. Deleted a bunch of stuff. The problem persists. Please help. I don't want to format my HD...again.

OMG I am so sorry. ewido got rid of it. I should probably read the "read before posting thing next. Well, thanks for the suggestions on which programs to use. I'll be back next time I have a problem. I'll probably be back before that. I love the forum.
