I need help getting rid of cws_ns3 hijacker

My home page has been Hijacked and I have purchased Spy Sweeper, downloaded Ad-Aware SE, and Hijack this. I still have this cws_ns3 hijacker, can someone help. I've seen other posts but got hung up right away with the Services.msc part........ I did not have Network Security service - Workstation netlogon service or remote procedure (RPC) helper available on that list.
Help.

I'm running XP w/ SP2
