screwed up cursor and draging windows

when i move my cursor around it bounce around and vibrates i dont know y. idident doi any thing difrent i havent changed any thing its just screwed up and when i i move a window around it drags white stuff from the edges help would be greatley apricated thanks :tazz:

optical mouse or ball mouse, if later, open it up and clean it out.

It could be the laser going, or it could be your mousing on a shiny surface....does it repeat if you mouse on top of a a different surface, say a clothbound book?

has someone else played with your settings?
go to start> control panel>mouse>pointer options
display pointer trails should be unticked

ive tried mouse properties and maney difrent mouses its not the surface cus it was working fine befor
