is there anyway to play music when my computer starts up, or part of a song?

Start -> Control Panel -> Sounds and Audio Devices -> Select the "Sounds" tab. In the "Program Events" window, scroll down to "Start Windows". Then click the "Browse" button and select a new WAV file. I think you're limited to less than 10 MB's file size.
