Hey guys,

I also got the Trojan virus going around (Trojan-Spy.HTML.Smitfraud.c). It came with psguard and antivirus gold. I have tried to do the steps necessary prior to posting this question, but every time I try to do a download it fails. Also, I can only access netscape right now (no explorer). I have tried the couple of links posted for fixing internet stuff, unsuccessfully, as I am told it is not a recognized file. Frustrated. Honestly, this is all new to me. I am a quick learner, but fairly computer illiterate. Help please.

As of this moment I can't even download a HJT program. Grrrrr.... don't know what to do. After most attempts at downloads I am sent back to the desktop. Control panel won't open. on and on....
